For Alectra, we delivered a comprehensive renovation focused on modernizing their workspace while supporting operational efficiency and employee wellbeing. The project included a full interior overhaul, updated mechanical and electrical systems, and the construction of flexible work zones, private offices, and collaborative meeting spaces. We coordinated directly with the client’s internal teams and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption during construction. Our scope also included custom millwork, audio-visual integration, and specialized power and communications infrastructure. From permitting through final walkthrough, the project was executed with a focus on precision, functionality, and future-ready design.
